From puppy foundations and beginners to competition level, welcome to the Sandpit dog agility & hoopers.

Train year-round in our secure sand and fibre arena with lighting (occasional evenings) with ample parking for 4 cars.

Lessons are small groups of up to 4 dogs per group.

1-1s are available and self hire is bookable for 1 hour slots.

Trainers available are Jan Jackson with 20 years experience in all levels.
Jan offers groups and 1 - 1 training in agility and puppy classes.
Debbie Poole who has been involved in agility for 8 years. She has two grade 7 dogs, one of whom ran in the main arena at Crufts 2023 YKC.
Debbie has competed representing team UK in Italy.
Debbie offers small group training of agility and Hoopers
Debbie also enjoys training youngsters using her own dogs (Border Terriers) for children to learn agility and hoopers held on Saturday afternoons.
Regular skills workshops, Hoopers and additional dog disciplines are available on Sundays
We are open 7 days a week

Arena hire 1 hour slots £10 an hour 1 dog, £15 per hour for 2 - 4 dogs
Please keep barking minimal as possible.

Whether you are building basic confidence or fine-tuning handling skills for competition, we provide expert instruction in a secure and quiet location.

Puppy foundations/beginners

Establish essential drive, body awareness, and focus with low-impact foundation work. Our supportive beginner sessions ensure a safe, fun introduction to obstacle handling.

AGILITY

Group sessions, 1 - 1's and workshops

Dedicated personal training to help your handling, improve skills ie: weaves, contacts or support nervous dogs in a quiet location.

Pricing as follows.

£10 half hour session up to 2 dogs
£20 1 hour session up to 2 dogs

Group sessions £10 per dog 1 hour sessions. Groups of up to 4 dogs.

Workshops/skills training from £15 per dog 1.5 hour sessions

Guest trainer workshops from £35 per dog. 2 hour sessions.

Taster sessions are available - please contact for details.

ARENA SELF HIRE

Hire our fully enclosed sand and fibre arena with full agility equipment if required and lighting for evening training (2 evenings a week) days to be confirmed

Perfect for private practice. £10 per hour for 1 dog, £15 for 2 - 3 dogs, £20 for up to 4 dogs.

HOOPERS

2 Sundays a month. £10 per dog 1.5 hour sessions.

A low impact sport, helps distance handling. Hoops, Barrels, Tunnels, Gates and Chutes are used.

Fun and skills.

For all classes: Please be sure to bring with you. Poo bags, water, treats or toy for your dog.

Please avoid your dog soiling in the arena. If this happens, please pick up and take it home with you.
