TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please contact via email or phone to book your spot if you are self hiring or to inquire about training. 

Self hire – the gate code will be sent to you prior to your appointment. You MUST relock upon leaving.

Please contact if you would like to train on either a group or 1 – 1 stating which trainer and day and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Payments are by BACS or cash. When payments are taken for workshops these are non refundable, you are welcome to resell your spot if you find you are unable to come but please inform us of who you have sold your spot to.

Group sessions - you will be required to pay upfront, charged on a 4 week block. If you cannot make a session and we cannot fit you into another you will not be reimbursed. 

If we have to cancel then we will deduct the session from your next 4 week block payment.

There is a CCTV camera which is used for security and for evidence of misuse or accidents. 

Dogs MUST be kept on leads outside of the arena at all times.

Please be aware of horses in a neighbouring field and when they are passing by the Sandpit.

Deer park lane can have horses, walkers and bikers so please make sure you pull the gate closed once you have parked. There is an orange strap to the right hand side of the gate to hold the gate open for you to park.

It is your responsibility to make sure you keep your dog/dogs under control inside and outside of the arena. Please try not to let your dog foul inside the arena or parking area. If they do then please pick it up and take home with you. 

It is possible to walk down Deer Park Lane to let them relieve themselves before you train.

Please keep barking to a minimal. Please bring water for your dog/dogs and bowl.

Please be aware You run your dogs at your own risk.

All equipment should be used correctly and safely.

Cars are parked at your own risk so park carefully and allow time to leave for the next person to arrive.

There is a first aid kit in the shed.

There is also a plastic toilet if you need to go,  please put a bag which you will find on the shelf inside first and take home with you.

We would also ask that you do a quick rake over if possible.
